Damaged Product Exchange: Exchanges are only permissible if the product received is damaged.
Quality Check: All exchange requests are subject to a thorough quality check upon return. Dream Draw Perfumes & Cosmetics Trading L.L.C reserves the right to deny an exchange if the damage is deemed to be caused by the customer or if the product does not meet our exchange criteria.
